Well, we have never met a joke that we didn't try to turn into playable RPG material, so here goes...
Aquatic Mobility
Prerequisite: Swim 4 ranks
Benefit: You gain a +10 feet enhancement bonus to your swim speed when wearing a bikini. You gain a +2 bonus to Reflex saves while in water or on beaches.
Beachcomber's Disguise
Benefit: You gain a +4 bonus to Disguise checks when wearing a bikini as part of a beach or resort cover identity. Observers must succeed at a Spot check opposed by your Disguise check to see through the disguise in casual beach settings.

Bikini Confidence
Prerequisite: Charisma 13+
Benefit: You gain a +2 morale bonus to Bluff and Intimidate checks when wearing a bikini. Additionally, you gain a +1 dodge bonus to AC while wearing a bikini due to increased self-assurance affecting your combat awareness.
Confidence Surge
Prerequisite: Charisma 13+, Bikini Confidence
Benefit: Once per encounter, when wearing a bikini, you can gain a +3 morale bonus to one attack roll, ability check, or saving throw as an immediate action. You can use this feat a number of times per day equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum 1).
Tactical Swimwear
Prerequisite: Base Attack Bonus +3
Benefit: Your bikini functions as light armor with an AC bonus of +1 and no armor check penalty. You can conceal one small weapon or item per bikini cup (maximum two items). Retrieve checks for concealed items take a standard action instead of a move action.
