RPG-a-Day #17: Intensity

Today, we offer up another piece in the NUELOW Games d20 Superhero System of feats and talents. This one is a little different than the rest is that it consists of talents that aren't initially tied to a specific superpower feat. In fact, these talents are the exact opposite. The Intensity Talent Tree
The following talents enhance Minor Powers that deal damage to foes via elemental or energy sources. They increase the damage dealt by the power to which they are applied and can only be used on powers wielded directly by the character rather than some sort of equipment.
Increase Elemental Damage: Gain +2d6 of damage inflicted by damage from elemental power sources (air, fire, earth, water). This bonus stacks with other bonuses gained from talents and feats.
Prerequisite: Minor Power feat that allows character to do elemental damage to targets.
Intensify Elemental Damage: Target's Fortitude saves made to reduce damage from elemental power sources suffer a -4 penalty.
